Emotional Mother’s Day?🙏💕
I see you on Mother’s Day. Over the many years Phillip has pastored, I’ve noticed women (and men too) struggle with a handful of emotions on a day that has a way of making you feel elated or deflated depending on the stage of life you’re in.
Whether you’re an excited new mom, a son or daughter who has lost a mom, if you’ve been abandoned by a mom, are longing to BE a mom, if you’re a mom who is sad because of estrangement from children or fighting within the family, if you’re heartbroken and struggling with infertility, if you had an abortion in your past, or if you’re absolutely elated that your whole family gathers to celebrate with you on Mother’s Day, you are seen and loved. You have a church family who really cares and to wants to walk alongside you through your deepest and darkest times and rejoice with you in your happiest moments. If you’re happy, we rejoice with you! If you’re sad, we will cry with you. We, as children of God, can love others well because God loves us so well.“Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another.” 1 John 4:11
Whatever you need for this Mother’s Day, open up to God about it; and allow us to be part of it with love, support, and prayers.

This Thursday, at 7:00 pm, our prayer team is meeting at the Murphy’s for a time of prayer. This is the regular prayer team gathering, but we encourage anyone to come.

Childcare through age 5 and children's church for 1st - 5th graders is available. Check-in starts at 10:15 am
Sunday @ 5:00 pm - AWANA
Our fun and exciting program for teens and children continues every Sunday evening at 5:00 pm. Check-in starts at 4:45 pm. Click here for information you can share.
Wednesday @ 7:00 pm - Growth Group Bible studies
This week, we have separate Bible studies for men and women. Join us for Bible teaching, small group discussion, and prayer time!
(Childcare for ages 0 through 5th grade is available, and childcare check-in starts at 6:50 pm)

- Would you like to join our prayer team? Simply text PRAY to 855-955-4585. You will be added to the list and you will receive notifications of specific prayer requests so you can "bear one another's burdens,"
- Who are you going to bless this week? Reach out to one another via text, call, or FaceTime, and get together with an individual to share Christ’s love (Christian or non-Christian). 😊 Satan would love to divide us. Be careful to be looking out for others and sharing Jesus with people who don’t know Him.
